Dropbox.com – Comparte tus archivos entre todos tus ordenadores fácilmente
Llevo unos cuantos días investigando un poco en internet y he encontrado una serie de aplicaciones gratuitas que son una maravilla.
Una de ellas es Dropbox.com. Este software te permite compartir de manera fácil tus archivos en todos tus ordenadores. Lo bueno es que lo hace automáticamente, sincronizando tus archivos en todos lados cuando los vayas guardando o modificando.
Si tienes más de una ordenador y tienes que estar constantemente traspasando archivos con un pen drive de uno a otro, esta es la solución ideal para ti.
Para los agentes inmobiliarios que tienen varias oficinas o comparten archivos con más comerciales, con Dropbox conseguimos tener toda la información organizada y actualizada en todos los sitios a la vez.
Simplemente tienes que descargarte el programa en cada ordenador que tengas y luego crear una cuenta de usuario. Una vez completado, colocas todos los archivos y carpetas que quieras compartir en una carpeta en tu escritorio. Todos los archivos de esa carpeta serán compartidos con el resto de tus ordenadores.
Incluso, si quieres compartir fotos o cualquier otro tipo de archivo con amigos, compañeros o clientes, lo puedes hacer dándoles permiso para ver los archivos. Esto se hace mediante un link directo al archivo de manera muy fácil y útil.
Finalmente, si estás de viaje y quieres acceder a estos archivos desde otro ordenador que no sea el tuyo, puedes hacerlo accediendo directamente desde la página web de Dropbox y ver los archivos online.
Esto es un programa que acabo de conocer pero que sin duda usaré de ahora en adelante. Si finalmente acumulas muchos archivos (más de 2 GB) tienes que pagar pero aún así es muy barato y rentable.

Existen programas parecidos, pero este resulta mucho mas practico, animo a que lo useis.
Yo uso Dropbox desde hace unos meses y me parece genial porque es una forma super practica de compartir archivos y de sincronizar la informacion. Tambien lo uso desde la blackberry y funciona bastante bien. Muy recomendado para todos!
