Envía fotos y archivos pesados por email fácilmente

El problema:

Enviar información por correo electrónico se ha convertido en una práctica muy extendida. Cada día son más las personas que solicitan que les enviemos documentos, fichas, planos, fotos y dossiers por email.

Esto supone un problema si los archivos adjuntos pesan mucho ya que saturan a los servidores y muchas veces están limitados y bloquean los correos que superen cierto peso.

La solución que mucha gente usa es enviar varios correos para que no pesen tanto pero esto  es un quebradero de cabeza tanto para el que envía la información como para el que la recibe ya que los archivos no están bien organizados y causan confusión al descargarlos.

La solución:

Podemos solucionar este problema usando Filemail.com.

Está disponible en español y permite enviar archivos pesados (hasta 2GB) de manera gratuita.

¿Cómo funciona?

Es muy fácil de usar.

  1. En la página web tenemos que subir todos los archivos que queremos enviar. Estos archivos serán guardados en servidores de Filemail.com.
  2. Introducimos el correo de la persona del destinatario y nuestro propio correo junto con un mensaje y le damos a enviar.
  3. El destinatario recibirá un correo electrónico junto con un enlace para que se pueda descargar los archivos.
  4. Después de un cierto número de días los archivos serán borrados automáticamente de los servidores de Filemail.

Utilidades:

  • Enviar dossier de propiedades con fotos a compradores interesados.
  • Enviar la información de su propiedad a propietarios.
  • Enviar planos y archivos entre colegas o distintas oficinas.
  • Enviar archivos pdf.

      Hola,

      No entiendo como enviar un correo electrónico vulnera la ley de protección de datos. Este medio hace la misma función pero simplemente lo hace de manera sencilla y permitiendo archivos pesados.

      En ningún momento se insinua que esta aplicación sirva para enviar SPAM o quebrantar la ley.

      Disculpa si no te he entendido.

    Con el mero deseo de ampliar el debate, recomiendo la lectura del articulo 21, del titulo tercero de la ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, destinado a las comunicaciones comerciales por vía electrónica:

    Literalmente, prohíbe el envío de comunicaciones publicitarias o promociónales por correo electrónico u otro medio de comunicación electrónica equivalente que previamente no hubieran sido solicitadas o expresamente autorizadas por los destinatarios de las mismas.

    A mi entender, usar Filemail, no esta prohibido, ya que la Ley no castiga el medio con el cual se envía la información, sino la causa del envío. Si el destinatario ha solicitado la información, es legal.

    Quizás el único riesgo reside en las medidas de seguridad que emplea Filemail para proteger la información que se le encomienda de enviar, y la eventual responsabilidad subsidiaria del remitente. Pero no creo que seria aplicable la reglas de la Ley 34/2001 en tal caso.

    Alain es bastante preciso en su exposicion sobre comunicaciones electrónicas. Pero no es la ley 34/2002 el único texto legal al que debemos ajustarnos, léase ley de protección de datos.

    Imaginemos que soy un profesional de la intermediacion inmobiliaria y envío la documentación de uno de mis clientes a varias entidades financieras con las que trabajo. Esa documentación incluirá seguramente cosas como nominas, cuentas bancarias, escrituras de inmuebles, declaraciones de la renta, etc. Para enviar estos datos la LPD deja claro que además del consentimiento por escrito del titular, el envío debe realizarse convenientemente protegido, o sea encriptado, además de que debemos tener un acuerdo de confidencialidad de los datos por escrito firmado y sellado con la empresa responsable de la prestación del servicio de correo electrónico.

    Por lo dicho anteriormente y algunos detalles mas que omito, no debemos enviar datos que tenemos la obligación de proteger a través de servicios de correos gratuitos que no ofrezcan todas las garantías legales.
