Web de subastas de la CAM
He encontrado esta web y me ha parecido interesante. No sé cuanto tiempo lleva funcionando y no sé si es algo novedoso pero como me ha parecido interesante, lo pongo aquí.
Es la web de subastas Online de la CAM (Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo). Muestra en tiempo real las subastas y la fecha vencimiento de la puja.
Me parece una herramienta interesante aunque no tengo datos de los resultados de ventas que está teniendo la CAM. Por lo que se ve, muchas de las pujas se acercan bastante al precio de venta original por lo que parece que sí da buenos resultados.

He intentado colaborar con la CAM como agente inmobiliario pero no me dejan, quieren todo el pastel para ellos. La web de subastas está funcionando cuando alguien se ha interesado por la compra del inmueble y lo ponen al alza por si hay alguien que quiera pujar más, es al alza, en mi opinión en unos tres meses habrán buenas subastas o buenos productos, de momento es tontería comprar a través de la CAM porque quieren sacar más de lo que valen las viviendas, si se equivocaron en los créditos y tasaciones pues ahora toca rebajar precios si quieren vender, la pena es que no lo hagan a través de agencias y le den comisiones a los mismos trabajadores. Competencia desleal para el mercado, y el presidente del consejo de administración, dónde está, pues parece ser que probándose trajes,en vez de ordenar esta selva que es la comunidad valenciana.
No seais incautos. Primero te hacen pujar por internet, y cuando consiguen un precio definitivo al final de la cuenta atrás, citan a los pujadores para seguir pujando de forma presencial… eso sí, el precio de salida en la seguna puja es el precio al alza que se consiguió en la puja por internet. Es decir, te hacen pujar dos veces…
