- Aunque sigas trabajando y vendiendo, ahora dispones de mucho más tiempo libre que hace un año. Aprovecha ese tiempo libre y usalo para aprender acerca de marketing inmobiliario.
- Ten en cuenta que esta crisis no es un bache sino un hito donde han cambiado las reglas del juego. Preparate para convertirte en un agente inmobiliario del futuro.
- Invierte en formación y aprende todo lo que puedas en maneras de profesionalizar el sector y mejorar la atención al cliente.
- Únete a una asociación inmobiliaria. Esto es clave para tu supervivencia. Si no existe una en tu zona, toma la iniciativa y lidera la fundación de la primera asociación inmobiliarias de (poner aquí el nombre de tu ciudad, pueblo o región).
- Usa la fuerza de tu asociación para captar propiedades, llevar a cabo acciones de marketing conjuntas, abaratar costes operativos (y negociar descuentos por grandes cantidades de material de oficina, ordenadores, seguros, asesorías, etc.)
- Negocia con los bancos para gestionar el enorme stock de viviendas embargadas que están acumulando. No me digas que eso es imposible, ya lo están haciendo otros y tú te estás quedando fuera si no te mueves rápido. Si piensas que no tienes la fuerza o tamaño suficiente para hablar con un banco, vuelve a leer el punto 5 y 6.
- Tienes menos competencia pero tus clientes son más exigentes. No descuides los pequeños detalles y nunca olvides que tu negocio es tratar con personas y no con propiedades. Se amable y profesional.
- Sácale partido a la crisis inmobiliaria y colocate como el líder de tu zona. Con tan poca competencia debes ser el agente inmobiliario de referencia y conocido por todos.
- Si piensas que esta crisis es un bache y tarde o temprano todo volverá a ser como antes, por favor no pierdas más el tiempo.
