Esta web ha sido creada por Lokku Labs, el laboratorio de ideas de la empresa Lokku Ltd., ubicada en el Reino Unido. Ellos son los creadores del buscador de propiedades Nestoria, presente en varios países de Europa.
Nestolico.es te permite comparar los precios de las viviendas de distintas localidades. Esto lo hace a través de la API de Nestoria que permite acceder a la base de datos de propiedades del portal.
Esta aplicación es extremadamente útil para los agentes inmobiliarios ya que les permite obtener de manera muy rápida y gratuita los precios medios de prácticamente todas las localidades de España. Se le puede sacar mucho partido a la hora de hacer estimaciones de precio o de asesorar a un cliente.

Más que nada porque buscando casas de este tipo me fue practicamente encontrar un lugar dedicado que me evitara el esfuerzo de ir visitando docenas de webs de fabricantes y vendedores.
