La importancia de un buen diseño de tu web inmobiliaria
Por primera vez en mi vida, me he llevado una mala impresión de una persona por su página web. Me reuní en mi oficina con una señora que quería hacer unas consultas. Tenía muy buena presencia y transmitía seriedad. Además, me habían dado muy buenas referencias y estaba dispuesto a escuchar.
Cuando nos sentamos a hablar, me dijo que ella se apoyaba mucho en Internet para trabajar y me dijo que tenía una página web muy buena. Le pedí la dirección sobre la marcha para echarle un vistazo y cuando la página se abrió, mi percepción de esta persona dio un giro de 180º. El diseño de la página era pésimo y daba la impresión que la web la había hecho alguien en un fin de semana. A partir de ahí intente terminar la reunión cuanto antes y no me intereso lo que me tenía que decir. Me preguntaba como era posible que una persona que tan buena impresión me había causado, podía hablar maravillas de una página tan cutre.
No sé si fui injusto o muy severo en mi reacción pero fue una reacción instintiva.
Esta experiencia me ha dejado muy claro la importancia de un buen diseño de tu página web. La gente sí saca conclusiones del aspecto y el diseño y luego toma esa conclusión para juzgar como eres tú o la empresa para la que trabajas. La gente sí te va a juzgar en base al aspecto de tu página web. Y no soy el único que lo piensa.

Para nada eres el único querido amigo jajajj . A mi que ocurrió bastantes veces. Tienes una imagen magnifica y profesional de una empresa, o bien por su larga trayectoria o liderazgo en el mercado y vas visitas su pagina web.. y zas..se te hundió y estropeo radicalmente dicha imagen. Y desistes totalmente de realizar ningún acuerdo comercial, compra o colaboración con dicha empresa.
La gente no se da cuenta que la web es el espejo de la empresa, es nuestra oficina presencial. Igual que cuando en la calle vemos una oficina desorganizada, sucia, desconchada y con medios precarios, nos quita las ganas de entrar, por que para nada es apetecible. La primera impresión es la decisiva, y el efecto subliminal que nos aporte, decantara o no a entrar. Y con una web ocurre mas de lo mismo.
Aparte del contenido el continente es sumamente importante. Una web limpia, asimétrica, con buena combinación de los colores, un texto profesional y legible. Buena distribución de las fotografías, etc. Dan una sensación de profesionalidad y buena imagen de la empresa que incentivan al cliente interactuar con nosotros.
Lo mismo ocurre con las direcciones de correo, la gente no seda cuanta de la pésima imagen que dan con las cuentas de correo gratuito (hotmail, gmail. etc) y la sensación de poca profesionalidad que causan dichos correos y todo por no gastarse unos euros, o la ignorancia a veces. Máximo hoy en día que por menos de 10€ te puedes dar de alta un dominio con su correspondiente cuenta de correo personalizada.
En fin, a veces pienso que tenemos lo que merecemos o de lo que carecemos. y con todo mi respecto, pero hay miles de web, que producen un efecto rebote y rechazo a la primera impresión, y lo peor de todo que a veces pertenecen a empresas solventes, con trayectoria y medios para realizar una web acorde con su posicionamiento.
