La publicidad inmobiliaria no siempre esta a la altura
Os hago eco de un excelente post que ha escrito Cesar Villasante en su blog inmobiliario.
El post habla acerca de la escasa información disponible de las viviendas en comparación con la información proporcionada para vender un ipod de segunda mano.
Esto resulta increible cuando el precio de la vivienda es 10.000 veces superior al del ipod en venta.
Muy ben post, lo leí en Inmoblog y la verdad es que es sorprendente.
Yo ahora mismo estoy colaborando con una constructora para la venta de unos adosados y la verdad es que la escasez de información brilla por su ausencia.
En estos momentos estoy solicitando la información detallada ya que creo que sin un buen dossier de la propiedad no se puede vender ná de ná.

Estoy de acuerdo en lo referente al post de Cesar, ahora bien no se puede generalizar en el tema de la informacion ya que todos no somos iguales.

En principio vo muy exagerada la comparación entre un Ipod y una vivienda, pero el fondo de la cuestión está ahí, para quién lo quiera ver.
Yo soy de la opinión de que hay que buscar la excelencia, y más en estos momentos duros.
En mi zona de influencia veo (aparte de otros errores comunes) webs inmobiliarias de la competencia con una considerable falta de contenidos y un gran desprecio por el concepto de la usabilidad en una web, eso me da ánimos para intentar que la web de mi empresa sea la de referencia en poco tiempo, al menos en el Pirineo de Lleida.
Por cierto Eugenio, creo que deberías poner una botón de pausa o de volumen en el video de Rodezno.
