Presentación del libro "Sold!"
El lunes estuve en la presentación del libro “Sold, La Profesión Inmobiliaria en USA” escrito por Fernando García Erviti en colaboración con UCI. El libro nos explica como funciona el mercado inmobiliario en EEUU y que cosas se podían importar a España.
Me sorprendió muchísimo la cantidad de gente que asistió al evento. Parece ser que la crisis preocupa de verdad y el hecho de que haya venido tanta gente es que el marketing interesa.
La presentación de Fernando estuvo genial. El principal tema fue la creación de asociaciones inmobiliarias para colaborar y compartir propiedades. Fernando argumentó los motivos por el que crear este tipo de asociaciones fomentaría las ventas y la productividad de las agencias inmobiliarias.
Fue muy convincente y al finalizar me alegre mucho porque pensaba que por fin las inmobiliarias de Tenerife lo entenderían y viesen que este tipo de asociaciones son vitales para el futuro del sector.
En el cóctel posterior tuve la oportunidad de intercambiar impresiones con algunos de mis clientes y otros agentes inmobiliarios.
Los comentarios que me hicieron algunos fueron un poco decepcionantes:
“Esta presentación es más del lo mismo- mucha palabrería y pocos resultados.”
“Estas Americanadas no funcionan aquí.”
“Esta muy bien pero bueno, lo importante es centrarse en vender.”
Absolutamente perplejo me quede ante estas respuestas ya que sigo sin entender como estos agentes inmobiliarios simplemente no lo ven.
El hecho que numerosos agentes hayan asistido a una presentación como la de SOLD significa que:
1. están concienciados y tienen la voluntad de cambiar su forma de actuar, apoyándose en la colaboración y dirigiendo su negocio hacia la especialización (de producto y cliente), o
2. están temerosos por la situación actual y buscan una fórmula mágica para volver a vender como hasta hace 2 años.
Espero que la primera razón sea la fundamental, pero por tus comentarios… aún nos queda mucho por recorrer.
Coincido totalemente con tu postura Jean Paul.
Esperemos que la cosa se anime en poco tiempo, y los agentes vean que o se cambian las maneras, o te quedas en el pasado…

Brevemente;
No es fácil: si lo fuera ya estaría hecho, porque necesario sí que es.
Quien no se sienta capaz de hacer cosas difíciles, más incluso que esta, no se tomará las uvas en su inmobiliaria.
Estas cosas de USA aquí no sirven. ¿Cómo lo sabes? Las que desde luego no sirven son las que hacías en los años de las vacas gordas.
Se abre un mundo de posibilidades… para los que quieran abrir las puertas.
Hace poco hice una presentación en Toledo, y me decían de ciertas cosas que eso en Toledo no funcionaría nunca. Les pregunté qué pensaron la primera vez que una inmobiliaria abrió en Toledo un local con puerta de calle… “que eso no funcionaría nunca en Toledo…”.
Se miraron asombrados cuando les recordé que eso había sido solo unos pocos años antes, cuando abrió allí ERA/Look&Find, una inmobiliaria americana que se iba a dar una torta menuda… trabajando en exclusiva…
Esa inmobiliaria hoy es una de las líderes en Toledo, todos los presentes tenían local con puerta de calle, y todos admitían que era deseable trabajar en exclusiva, y que una MLS les daría muchas posibilidades de conseguirlo.
Pero en Canarias es diferente…

Good blog post. The things i would like to add is that laptop memory must be purchased when your computer can’t cope with that which you do along with it. One can deploy two random access memory boards of 1GB each, for instance, but not one of 1GB and one of 2GB.
