Táctica
Son las acciones o herramientas que se emplean para llevar a cabo la estrategia.
Anunciarse en prensa es una táctica.
Acudir a una feria inmobiliaria es una táctica.
Hacer un buzoneo es una táctica.
Crear un blog es una táctica.
Muchas personas confunden las dos y se preguntan porque su marketing no funciona.
Primero hay que planificar una estrategia y luego llevarla a cabo con tácticas.
Hola Jean, me parece una excelente visión de conceptos de Marketing, efectivamente es lo que los profesionales venimos a llamar Marketing Estratégico (Estrategia) y Marketing Operativo (Táctica).
Me parece un apunte muy interesante pues siempre es bueno hacer esfuerzos por acercar los complejos conceptos técnicos a una terminología más lógica y de aquí.

Hoy en día todo el mundo tiene dos profesiones, aunque no lo sepan.
1. Su profesión habitual. (Panadero, agente inmobiliario, ejecutivo de banca, jugador de fútbol.)
2. Profesional del Marketing.
Totalmente de acuerdo contigo, como dicen por mi tierra, “Sabe más 1 necesitado que 100 abogados”. Mi condena es que mis dos profesiones son: Profesional del marketing y profesional del marketing (que le vamos a hacer).
Aún así, que conste que mi comentario iba al hilo de la terminología a utilizar y de la simplificación de los conceptos, pues me parece muy interesante tu corriente de planteamiento por:
A) Claridad.
B) Simplificación.
tengo una pregunta, en si que es Estrategia tactica y que es estrategia operacional?
