lo primero es saber cual es la necesidad del cliente que entra a preguntar sobre un departamento darle todas las ventajas que tiene el depatamento como el sitio, las comodidades que no tienen los demas departamento que estan a su alrededor, los acabados que le han puesto,los centros comerciales que estan ubicados a su alrededor,por ejemplo darle un plus como si compra al contado regalarle un telev.,cocina,refriger.,y si es al credito ayudarle con los documentos para presentarle al banco para el prestamo y y hacerle un seguimiento para ver si el cliente tiene alguna duda sobre el departamento.
