¿A que no te cuesta mucho pensar cuales son verdad? Sin embargo, si te pregunto cuales son las tres mejores inmobiliarias de tu zona,-¿a que la cosa cambia verdad? Te cuesta más.
El motivo de esto es que las inmobiliarias no saben diferenciarse. Se esfuerzan en ser todas iguales.
Cuando un agente inmobiliario llama a un cliente, en vez de presentarse por su nombre y la empresa en la que trabaja, simplemente exclama: “Hola, soy pepito/fulanito de la inmobiliaria.”
Con razón la gente no distingue las inmobiliarias.
Todas tienen el mismo escaparate.
Todas se anuncian de la misma manera.
Todas hacen las visitas de la misma manera.
Ninguna hace nada distinto.
¿Por qué no te propones convertirte en la mejor inmobiliaria de tu zona?

Entiendo lo que dices pero lo que quiero resaltar es que la mayoría de las veces las agentes inmobiliarios dicen que son de “la inmobiliaria” a secas.
¿Que inmobiliaria? Ese es el problema. No hacen ni un esfuerzo en diferenciar su nombre de las demás.
La gente se ha acostumbrado a esto y les cuesta distinguir una agencia inmobilaria de las demás.
