¿Las inmobiliarias en huelga? Por ahora no.
Ver que un sector de nuestra sociedad se ponga en huelga es algo que estamos acostumbrados de ver frecuentemente. Cada vez que un sector, una organización o un grupo de personas quieren reivindicar algo protestan con una huelga.
El caso más reciente fue la huelga de transportistas que trataron de paralizar el país.
Pensando en todo esto y a raíz del último post que escribí acerca de la guerra entre las inmobiliarias y los bancos me pregunté ¿porque las inmobiliarias no salían a la calle para protestar este hecho ante el gobierno?
La respuesta me dio como un mazo en la cabeza: Las inmobiliarias y promotoras en España no están ni asociadas ni organizadas ni unidas.
Y así es muy difícil poder solucionar nada. Se ha puesto muy de moda estos últimos meses, tanto en la red como en revistas especializadas, el debate acerca del asociacionismo en el sector inmobiliario. Yo fui uno de los primeros en encender este debate con el primer post en mayo del 2007: ¿Compartir propiedades o venderlas solo?
Parece ser que todo el mundo esta de acuerdo en que es necesario que las inmobiliarias se asocien para afrontar el futuro con garantías. La realidad es que nadie hace nada.
Yo hago tres propuestas:
- Que el gobierno vuelva a regular el sector. Creo que es necesario que el gobierno tome cartas en el asunto y regule un sector que tiene una gran importancia en la economía del país. Posiblemente es el único gran sector que no esta regulado. Deberían exigir una titulación mínima, un permiso para ejercer la actividad y un seguro de responsabilidad civil.
- Las inmobiliarias deben asociarse para crear un grupo fuerte que reivindique sus derechos como lo hacen los transportistas, profesores, funcionarios, bomberos, asociaciones, etc.
- Que las inmobiliarias creen una red de colaboración para compartir propiedades entre ellas.
Con estas tres medidas creo que los problemas del sector inmobiliario se solucionarían de un plumazo.
Estoy totalmente de acuerdo en lo descrito en tu post Jean Paul, es una pena que exista esta reticencia a la hora de fomentar el asociacionismo inmobiliario, no sé que le pasa a los profesionales del sector, si es miedo, si es avaricia, o si es desconocimiento, lo cierto es que nadie quiere ponerle el cascabel al gato y “mojarse el culo” para poner en marcha un proyecto tan bonito como lo es el asociacionismo inmobiliario.
Más aún viendo cómo profesionales de sevilla, o la asociación de inmobiliarios d eNavarra, entre otros,les está yendo muy bien con sus asociaciones y colaboraciones.

Jean-Paul es posible que el mercado inmobiliario no este muy unido pero si que existen asociaciones y lobbys muy profesionalizados, así como redes de agentes (MLS) operativas. Respecto a la regulazión del mercado en Catalunya justo a partir del Pacte Nacional per l’Habitatge y la Llei del Dret de l’habitatge se están regulando y normalizando todos estos temas: registros de agentes, exigencias profesionales, registro de constructores, exigencias constructivas, etc… Y por descontados que asociaciones como APCE, Gremi Constructors Vallès, Cerecle d’Estudis de l’Habitatge, G.I.C., hacen mucho por este sector, el ciudadano y sus profesionales
