¿en tiempos de crisis?
¿cuando bajan las ventas y el negocio baja?
¿cuando nuestra preocupación principal es que los clientes paguen?
¿cuándo el banco aprieta?
¿cuándo tienes menos clientes?
¿cuándo hay que recortar gastos por donde sea?
Existen situaciones, como la crisis que estamos atravesando, donde el marketing no es una prioridad y la principal preocupación es tirar para adelante como sea.
Durante estas situaciones, no hay ni presupuesto, ni tiempo ni ganas para desarrollar una estrategia. Ni siquiera hay manuales y guías que explican que hacer.
El único recurso es agudizar el ingenio y saltarse las reglas. Si ahora mismo las técnicas y los métodos de siempre no funcionan, dale la vuelta al problema y busca una solución.
Los chinos utilizan la misma palabra para designar “crisis” y “oportunidad”. ¿Casualidad? Más bien experiencia diría yo.

Por mi parte me gustaría saber las técnicas para la venta de terrenos ya que nadie se moja o no saben comercializar éste tipo de propiedades, hay muy poca información al respecto.

Estimado Jean Paul, interpreto que tu post nace más de la intención de hacernos reflexionar sobre la situación actual que de la falta de utilidad de la aplicación de una correcta estrategia de marketing.
El marketing inmobiliario debe consistir en un conjunto de herramientas encaminadas a la satisfacción del cliente mediante las cuales diseñar los servicios que vamos a prestar, establecer unos precios para esos servicios inmobiliarios, elegir unos canales para su distribución , y poner en práctica las técnicas de comunicación más adecuadas para que esos servicios lleguen a nuestros clientes; y es precisamente cuando hay menos clientes y cuando las ventas bajan cuando mayor esfuerzo tenemos que hacer en este sentido.
Sí estoy de acuerdo contigo en que tenemos que agudizar el ingenio y mirar muchísimo por el presupuesto, pero muchas de las herramientas de marketing necesitan muy poco.
Si no tienes una estrategia en el competitivo y complejo mercado de hoy día, el éxito de un emprendedor está lejos de estar garantizado. Moverse en los próximos años sin un bien estudiado e implementado plan de negocios es esperar que ocurra un desastre. En mi próximo post escribo sobre una serie de pasos para intentar atravesar esta crisis, estoy seguro que puede serte de utilidad o en cualquier caso infundirte ánimo en estos duros momentos que nuestros negocios están viviendo.

No hay que perder la calma cuando una situación económica pierde actividad. Al contrario, es el mejor momento u oportunidad para reflexionar y revisar los modelos anteriores pues, tal vez, habrán quedado obsoletos. Y, en su lugar, definir nuevas estrategias y canales que mejoren las ventas. En tiempos de crisis el marketing es la mejor herramienta.
