Un servicio comodo y barato de insertar propiedades en portales inmobiliarios
Jesús Barrio de Tecnología Inmobiliaria ha escrito este post en el que explica los motivos por los que se dio de baja en el portal inmobiliario idealista.com. A raíz de este post que ha generado mucha polémica, se ha abierto un interesante debate acerca del futuro de los portales inmobiliarios, sus características y su eficacia.
Uno de los temas que se comentaron es la dificultad de introducir los datos de las propiedades en los portales inmobiliarios debido al tiempo que se tarda y lo complicado que es.
No quiero pecar de ingenuo pero creo que he dado con una solución muy económica y cómoda de solucionar este problema. Lo que realmente me sorprende es que no se esté utilizando ya.
Hace unos días anuncié el buscador de propiedades de Tenerife que lancé. Llevó más de un año trabajando en el proyecto y sin duda alguna la gran ventaja que tiene es la posibilidad de insertar todas las propiedades de una inmobiliaria en el portal. Lo mejor de todo es que todo esto se hace de manera automatizada sin que la inmobiliaria tenga que mover un solo dedo (siempre y cuando dispongan de página web).
Creo que es algo realmente novedoso ya que el tiempo y el dinero que ahorra a las inmobiliarias es impresionante.
Yo ya lo he usado con Intenerife.com y realmente funciona muy bien. Todas las propiedades del portal han sido insertadas de esta manera.

Un verdadero quebradero de cabeza el que te ha dado éste tema, y muy bien solventado por tu parte, en mi opinión es indispensable el que las propiedades se “suban” auntomáticamente a tu portal, ya que si no la perdida de tiempo es considerable.
Enhorabuena por conseguirlo, porque sé que no te fué facil.
