La importancia de Internet en el sector inmobiliario
Acabo de leer un artículo (en inglés) que comenta que en Estados Unidos se esta estudiando el impacto que ha tenido Internet en la batalla por la Casablanca ente Barack Obama y Hillary Clinton.
En el artículo incluso aseguran que John McCain (candidato republicano a la presidencia) y Barack Obama fueron elegidos porque su inversión en Google Adwords fue superior a la de sus contrincantes. Esta afirmación me parece excesiva pero arroja datos muy interesantes.
Es innegable el papel que esta jugando Internet en la política Americana y su poder de influencia que tiene sobre los ciudadanos. Como arma de comunicación se ha convertido en la autentica estrella desbancando cualquier otro medio: televisión, radio, prensa, folletos, etc.
El motivo por el que resalto esto es para demostrar que para cualquier sector (incluido el sector inmobiliario) Internet se esta convirtiendo en la principal arma de ventas. No estoy vaticinando que en el futuro la compra de viviendas se hará exclusivamente online sin la necesidad de trabajar con agentes inmobiliarios. Sin embargo si será la principal herramienta y la más eficaz que tendrá un agente inmobiliario para vender propiedades y comunicarse con todos sus clientes.
Internet está en nuestras vidas, a todos los niveles. No es que sea el futuro, es el presente, una realidad. Tanto en el ámbito de los negocios, como de nuestra vida diaria. Por ello no puede obviarse como método d trabajo.
Estoy de acuerdo, la revolución web 2.0 ha puesto todas las herramientas del Internet a disposición de todas las personas y evidentemente quienes saben como sacar provecho de ello han visto los resultados positivos. Hace un par de días leí un artículo acerca de la importancia de sus sitios web para las campañas de Obama y Mac Cain y en especial el enfoque hacia la comunidad hispanohablante con sus versiones web en español. Jean Paul, soy un lector continuo del blog, pero en ocasiones me abstengo de participar debido a que no soy un gran conocedor del mercado inmobiliario de España. Así que aprovecho las oportunidades en las que tratas temas del mercado en los Estados Unidos

Con las viviendas pasa igual y con muchos otros productos.
Por eso hoy se tiene que dar la mayor información posible a través de las páginas web.
