Las 7 ventajas de un blog para un agente inmobiliario
Uno de los mejores consejos que puedo dar a día de hoy es que crees un blog.
Si estas leyendo esto, entonces ya sabes algo del tema de internet y como funcionan los blogs. Seguramente los lees y ves cosas interesantes. Te han servido para estar a la última en noticias y sobre todo para aprender cosas interesantes y formarte como profesional.
Pero seguramente no se te ha pasado por la cabeza crear un blog y escribir en la blogosfera. Igual no ves como te puede ayudar y como sacarle rentabilidad.
Para un agente inmobiliario, tener un blog tiene muchas ventajas:
1. Conviértete en un experto en tu zona.
Al escribir acerca de un tema o una zona en concreto te conviertes en un referente con el paso del tiempo. Si en tu blog incluyes información útil para compradores y propietarios como por ejemplo, los precios medios por zonas, los colegios, eventos de interés y noticias interesantes, la gente comenzará a seguirte y leerte para que les sigas informando. Con el paso del tiempo ganarás credibilidad y serás un experto en tu zona.
2. Capta nuevos clientes
Internet y los blogs permiten contactar y relacionarse con otras personas muy fácilmente. Si estas presente en internet con una página web y con un blog, estas al alcance de tus futuros clientes y ellos lo están de ti. Es un lugar idóneo para iniciar un primer contacto y poder fidelizar a tus clientes. Si los lectores de tu blog ven que conoces muy bien la zona y les proporcionas información útil, no dudarán en ponerse en contacto contigo en vez de acudir a esa inmobiliaria de la esquina de su casa.
3.Mejora la posición de tu web en Google.
Un secreto que poca gente conoce es que Google posiciona tu web en sus buscadores en base al contenido y la calidad. Si trabajas en la ciudad de Málaga y quieres aparecer en las primeras posiciones de Google cuando alguien busque “inmobiliaria en Málaga”, “pisos en Málaga” o “comprar viviendas en Málaga”, entonces tienes que incluir mucho contenido (propiedades, artículos, noticias, datos de interés, que contengan todas esas palabras clave. Así de simple. Así de fácil. Y lo mejor de todo es que esta técnica es gratis.
4. Tu página web ya no es suficiente.
Hace muy pocos años, una inmobiliaria con página web era algo muy novedoso y poco frecuente. Hoy en día si no tienes página web eres un bicho raro. Todo el mundo la tiene y ya no llama la atención. Ahora mismo una web inmobiliaria sirve solamente como un escaparate de tu producto, sin la posibilidad de interactuar y comunicarte con tu cliente. Sin embargo, con un blog tienes la posibilidad de darte a conocer, conocer a tus futuros clientes y comunicarte de manera fácil y poco agresiva. Tu blog será un catalizador de comunicación y algo novedoso con el que puedes conseguir nuevos clientes.
5. Conoce a gente del sector.
Otra gran ventaja de tener un blog es que conocerás a más gente relacionada con tu sector y que comparten los mismos intereses e inquietudes. Es una gran fuente de información donde podrás hacer contactos, colaborar, aprender mucho y hacer nuevos amigos.
6. Un medio gratuito para publicar tus propiedades
Además de incluir tus propiedades en tu página web, con un blog puedes entrar en mucha más detalle. Si tienes una promoción o propiedad interesante que se merece un artículo o reportaje extenso, el blog es el medio ideal para difundirlo. Además haciendo esto ganarás puntos para posicionar mejor tu página en los buscadores de Google.
7. Venderás más.
Con un blog tus ventas aumentarán. Imagina a tu blog como un comercial virtual que esta trabajando constantemente en internet captando propiedades, proporcionando información a posibles compradores, vendiendo tus servicios.
El único secreto del blog es dedicarle el tiempo y el esfuerzo necesarios para que comience a dar resultados.

Muy buenos consejos Jean, la verdad es que , por experiencia propia, con lo poco que llevo con mi blog, he podido conocer a mucha gente e introducirme un poc más en el mundillo inmobiliario en la red.
Me ha dado la posibilidad, por ejemplo, de colaborar con Puromárketing o ser co- moderador de la comunidad Gestión inmobiliaria en Xing (www.xing.com)entre otros.
Animo a todos a que comiencen esta bonita actividad que, aunque a veces un poco trabajosa, muy gratificante cuando los lectores comentan tus post y se les ve interesados.

Aunque estoy de acuerdo en que un blog profesional puede suponer un punto diferenciador entre empresas, no lo veo como una fórmula mágica para lograr salir de la crisis.
Un blog puede suponer un mayor acercamiento al cliente, para poder ofrecerle de manera amistosa servicios no comerciales, y de paso dar publicidad a los servicios comerciales. No obstante, hoy en día internet es un monstruo que todo lo engulle (sin masticar), y la posible diferenciación entre empresas puede resultar muy costoso a efectos de trabajo.
En mi caso, he optado por un blog personal, porque creo que si lo asumo como profesional puede restarle cierta credibilidad. Ya habrá tiempo de hablar de negocios.

Jamás he dicho en el post que crear un blog sea la solución a la crisis. Sin embargo, si creo que es el momento idoneo para que una inmobiliaria cree un blog (estemos en crisis o no).
Evidentemente, las posibilidades de internet son infinitas y existen variantes a todos los aspectos. Pero esa es la belleza que tiene- no existen moldes ni estereotipos a la hora de ser creativo.
Pienso que crear un blog corporativo es encasillar fácilmente una forma de escribir y de contar las cosas. Un blog de una agencia inmobiliaria,empresa, estudiante, pareja, grupo de amigos, etc. puede ser mucho más personal que un blog de una persona que escribe lo que se le pasa por la cabeza.
Sin embargo, he estado hablando con algunos de mis clientes acerca de la posibilidad de que creen un blog para su agencia inmobiliaria. Mi conclusión es que no conocen bien el tema y no se si es por incertidumbre, desconocimiento o miedo, la idea no les resulta atractiva.
El primero que consiga crear un blog referente en su zona es el que se llevara la mayor parte de ventajas y beneficios.
Jean Paul: No, no me malinterpretes. No te acuso de querer solucionar los problemas actuales con un blog, sino que quería resaltar que, como todo en esta vida, hay que trabajarlo. Un blog per se, carece de interés si uno no le dota de información interesante.
Creo que un blog que no aporta algún elemento diferenciador en la red no aporta nada a la empresa. El objetivo del mismo debería ser ponerle cara a la empresa, acercando el trato, las dudas y otras informaciones al cliente. Que éste piense que leyendo el blog esta viendo la “trastienda” del negocio, un punto de vista más personal, y no una mera información corporativa.
Para poder diferenciarse respecto a otras empresas, primero hay que diferenciarse (de algún modo) en la red. Si un blog no aporta nada nuevo (en contenidos), no sirve de nada.
Jean Paul; realmente es como lo cuentas, he experimentado la posibilidad de realizar un blog propio y poco a poco te conviertes en referente, de hecho ustedes lo son para mi, siempre estoy leyendo lo que publican. A pesar de encontrarnos a tanta distacia… escribo desde Argentina.

Totalmente de acuerdo con este planteamiento. Evidentemente, el éxito de un blog depende exclusivamente de su contenido y el interés que suscita entre los lectores. Esto no es fácil de conseguir y requiere su esfuerzo y tiempo.
Pero precisamente por este motivo pienso que un blog puede ser un recurso perfecto para una pequeña agencia inmobiliaria. Comparado con otros medios, un blog es relativamente barato, incluso gratis.
Y las pequeñas empresas muchas veces suplen sus carencias y limitaciones con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación.
Acerca del contenido interesante, existen muchos temas, noticias, historias e información útil que una agencia inmobiliaria puede incluir para que su blog se convierta en interesante y fundamental para una determinada zona o ciudad.

Comparto en buena medida el post, pro yo añadiría una más. El hecho de poner por escrito tus ideas te fuerza a darlas más poso, a razonarlas mejor, a estar dispuesto a entrar en conversación. Todo ello, sin duda, ayuda a que uno mismo se autoforme.
Hay otras ventajas relacionadas con aspectos personales más que profesionales:
- compartir opiniones con personas con similares inquietudes
- desahogarte escribiendo
- dejar por escrito las ideas (buenas o no)
- recibir la valoración de los lectores
- dar a conocer tus conocimientos y ampliar la experiencia

Agregaría una cosita, mas bien es una expansión del primer punto “Conviértete en un experto en tu zona.” Muchas veces profesionales de bienes raíces si son agentes, prestamistas u otro profesional en la industria, tienen que crear credibilidad y algo más allá es controlar su reputación en línea. Es decir, hoy en día algo que pasa frecuentemente es que un consumidor o cliente potencial busca tu nombre para ver que resultados arrojan la búsqueda. Eso pasa en muchos lados si es una entrevista de trabajo o alguien que hace un comentario en un blog (queremos saber que dice google de esta persona). Yo le haría la pregunta a todos los profesionales “como es su reputación en línea?” “Que aparece en google cuando busco tu nombre?” Si no estas dominando la primera pagina en google.com con algo que muestra una buena cara, debes mirar como puedes cambiar eso. Eso son “mis dos pesetas” (my two cents). Saludos del Californiano.

Yo tengo el blog creado desde hace unas semanas y no me planteo que capte potenciales compradores, pero si que fidelize a los clientes que entran en mi web, algún dia llegará en que agradeceré la idea haber creado el blog.
Pues yo la verdad que tengo un blog y le dedico el tiempo justo para publicar comentarios, ideas o noticias e incluso operaciones que vamos cerrando con los clientes. Todo ello sin ningún ánimo de lucro y por amor al arte más bien.
La verdad es que si se quiere hacer un blog de verdad, le tienes que dedicar bastante tiempo y como personalmente no quiero ser un esclavo del blog, voy a mi ritmo.
El blog ya tiene más de 1 año de vida y en resumen estoy contento. Eso sí, cuando me preguntan algo siempre respondo.
Pienso que lo de los blogs es muy bueno tanto para las personas que nos dedicamos al mundo inmobiliario como a los que nos leen ya que damos una visión muy real de lo que verdad sucede en este sector.

Está claro que el hecho de crear un blog favorece a cualquier profesional inmobiliario. Yo casi que recomendaría que usaran por ejemplo wordpress para crearse uno, y luego con un poco de php y lo conviertes fácilmente en la web de tu inmobiliaria si la tienes, y si haces bien las cosas, la podrás posicionar muy bien especialmente si trabajas a nivel local, lo cual simplifica mucho el SEO.
