Entrevista en la radio
El sábado tuve una entrevista en Radio El Día, una radio local de Tenerife. (Quiero dar las gracias a Manuel Torres de Hogarfeliz.es por la gestión y la oportunidad.)
Fue una entrevista donde el locutor pedía mi opinión acerca de la crisis del sector y las últimas noticias aparecidas en los medios.
Ya se ha hablado del trato injusto que esta recibiendo el sector por parte de los medios de comunicación. Lo que esta claro es que los medios han contribuido a asustar a la gente a base de titulares que llaman la atención.

he escuchado la entrevista (como no) y me ha parecido muy interesante tu postura, la verdad es que mucha gente se ceba con los profesionales inmobiliarios (muchas veces con razón) pero esto está llegando a límites insospechados.
Si bien es cierto que de un plumazo no se puede quitar la imagen del sector, que llevaba muchos años “chupando” dinero de todos los frentes,pero no se puede generalizar.

Por cierto Jean Paul, me he puesto en contacto con Radio El Día para ver si me podían facilitar la entrevista, pero no he recibido respuesta aún.

Desde luego, estaría muy bien poder tener la entrevista en el blog.
La prueba de la opinión generalizada que hay acerca el mundo inmobiliario pasa por un juego sencillo: pones en google “noticias inmobiliarias”, y no paran de circular ante tus ojos una ristra de desgracias relacionadas con el sector. Y eso es así diariamente. No sólo en el Google que Todo Lo Ve, sino en los periódicos, en las noticias de la televisión, etc. Y la gente se queda con eso, con el titular trágico. Y con que la culpa es de los agentes (y no digo que no sea así en muchos casos).
Es en ese punto que hemos de situarnos (una vez más) desde el punto de vista de alguien que quiere vender, y está siendo “bombardeado” con este alubión de noticias.
