Floorplanner: Una herramienta necesaria para una agente inmobiliario
Hace unos meses descubrí a través de Tecnología Inmobiliaria un programa para hacer planos llamado Floorplanner.
Hasta la fecha yo venía utilizando Smart Draw pero jamás me termino de convencer ya que era difícil de usar y costaba muchísimo sacar los planos a escala.
Cuando usé floorplanner por primera vez, me sorprendió muchísimo lo fácil e intuitivo que es y la gran facilidad de sacar planos de viviendas a escala y a todo color.
Hace unos días tuve que hacer un plano de una sala de reuniones y mi sorpresa fue que lo han mejorado y también esta disponible en español. ¡Lo mejor de todo es que es gratuito!
Recomiendo a todos los agentes inmobiliarios que lo utlicen para hacer bocetos de las viviendas para incorporarlo a su ficha de propiedades tal y como he explicado anteriormente.
La verdad es que con lo fácil que nos lo pone la tecnología para hacer nuestro trabajo, cada vez tenemos menos excusas para hacer las cosas bien.
