Reunión con Metrovacesa y bloggers de marketing inmobiliario online
Tal y como comenté en el post anterior, el jueves tuve la reunión con Metrovacesa en su sede central de Madrid. Los únicos datos que tenía: que querían presentarnos su estrategia comercial online y que asistirían otros bloggers.
Sin duda, resaltaría de la reunión y coincidiendo con Enrique Dans, el trato cercano, directo e informal de los directivos de la empresa. Atentos a cualquier sugerencia e idea, me sorprendió muchísimo que una empresa que cotiza en bolsa organice este tipo de eventos y sean tan innovadores en uno de los sectores más conservadores.
La reunión resulto ser un éxito tanto para Metrovacesa como para el resto de bloggers. Por mi parte, tenía ganas de conocer en persona a mis amigos blogueros César Villasante de Urbaniza; Jesús Barrio de Tecnología Inmobiliaria; Víctor Aloi de Nuroa. También asistieron Marc Vidal, Carlos López de Euribor y Jesús Encinar de Idealista.
En la reunión me enteré de que el día anterior habían tenido una reunión similar pero con bloggers orientados más al marketing online. Asistieron entre otros Enrique Dans, Miguel Galve, Javier Guardiola de Markarina.com y Rodolfo Carpintier de La Coctelera.
La primera parte de la reunión fue una presentación de Rafael Valderrabano, Director del área de Promoción de la estrategia comercial y de marketing en internet. Luego tuvimos una charla abierta en la que se expusieron ideas y opiniones interesantes de las que estoy seguro que Metrovacesa tomo nota detenidamente. La última parte de la reunión consistió en tomarnos unas cervecitas y un picoteo para poder intercambiar impresiones a nivel más personal. En definitiva, una iniciativa muy productiva que ha dejado un buen sabor de boca a todos. La intención de Metrovacesa es de continuar esta conversación que han iniciado con los bloggers con futuras reuniones y contactos.
En el próximo post entraré a valorar la estrategia comercial online de Metrovacesa.
