Jesús Encinar, CEO de idealista.com ha escrito un post acerca de los taxis de Nueva York.
Recientemente han incorporado un sistema de GPS con pantalla en el asiento trasero. Con esta pantalla, el pasajero puede ver el trayecto recorrido y comprobar si la ruta es la más corta. Además el pasajero puede ver un canal de televisión exclusivo para los taxis con información local, cosas que hacer y lugares interesantes.
Al final del trayecto se puede escoger entre pagar con una tarjeta de crédito (el aparato lleva un lector de tarjetas incorporado) o pagar en efectivo. Con este sistema se elimina la desconfianza hacia el taxista y el pasajero tiene la tranquilidad de que no le están engañando.
Esto se puede comparar perfectamente con una página web de una inmobiliaria.
Muchos agentes inmobiliarios piensan que es mejor dar poca información de las propiedades. De esta manera piensan que el cliente tendrá que llamar para obtener el resto de la información y de esta manera se “engancha” para realizar una visita.
Pienso que esta estrategia es totalmente equivocada. Es igual de un taxista que le da vueltas a un pasajero sin saber a donde le esta llevando.
Sin embargo, una página web que contiene una gran cantidad de información acerca de las propiedades es como el sistema GPS de los taxis de Nueva York.

Eso es uno de los grandes errores que usualmente cometen muchos agentes inmobiliarios. Cuando me he encontrado con la necesidad de buscar una vivienda, ni siquiera me he molestado en mirar ofertas sin precio. El cliente busca con rapidez información (calidad/precio) y no se va a para a llamarte para preguntar algo básico. Digo básico porque el precio es una de las primeras cosas que se mira, dependiendo del poder de adquisión de la persona.
Tal vez en el pasado funcionaba esa fórmula, cuando normalmente se buscaban en periódicos o panfletos. Pero hoy en día, con el gran flujo de información que nos proporciona internet, el usuario dispone de miles de oferta

Sería una muy buena salida para los portales inmobiliarios el poder contar con estos sistemas de información en los taxis españoles, es una pena que este sector, con tantas posibilidades que puede ofrecer, esté tan anticuado en nuestro país.
Cuando la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones que actualmente se está usando en países orientales como Japón o China llegue a nuestro país, podremos buscar casa desde cualquier punto del país, en la calle, con el móvil, con el portatil, en los metros…… aunque la pregunta sería ¿llegará algún día a europa dicha tecnología?.
Sería buena idea Pablo, que Nestoria empezase a comercializar, en colaboración con alguna empresa fabricante de GPS, modelos donde se incluyan propiedades en españa, de tal forma que cuando circulemos con nuestro vehículo , nos vaya mostrando las propiedades en venta por las calles donde pasemos….. si fuese tan fácil….

Completamente de acuerdo que la información debe ser extensa y añadiría que “intensa” y con esto último quiero decir que la información “emocional” que se puede dar de una casa puede atraer a posibles compradores.
Por supuesto la mejor información “emocional” la puede dar personas que ya han vivido en dicha vivienda y no sólo saben cómo es sino “como se vive”
