Las inmobiliarias son como los bomberos
Tengo un amigo que se llama Antonio. Sabe muchísimo acerca del sector inmobiliario. Una vez me dijo que los agentes inmobiliarios están siempre apagando fuegos. No le presté mucha atención a ese comentario o mejor dicho, no lo acabé de entender. Ahora sí lo comprendo y lo puedo explicar:
Las inmobiliarias tienen por costumbre trabajar por una reacción a un estímulo.
Estímulo: Llama un cliente por teléfono y quiere ver una propiedad esta tarde.
Reacción: Tengo que acomodar una visita para poder enseñárselo.
Estímulo: Te marcas como objetivo vender tres propiedades este mes y captar diez propiedades.
Reacción: Haces más visitas y llamas a particulares para que te den la venta.
Esta manera de trabajar es como romper una piñata con un palo teniendo los ojos vendados. Recuerdo cuando empecé a trabajar como comercial en una inmobiliaria. No había horas en el día para hacer todas las llamadas, acudir a las visitas y atender a todos mis clientes. Me resultaba imposible. Y encima cuando me surgía un imprevisto o tenía una venta que se me complicaba, se me venía el mundo encima y me desanimaba.
Puedo resumir que esa es la sensación que sienten muchos agentes inmobiliarios: trabajan un montón de horas al día y la sensación es que casi todo sale mal. Esto es lo que se refería Antonio cuando decía que los agentes inmobiliarios se pasan el día apagando fuegos.
Tan cierto como la vida misma. Yo también soy amigo de Antonio, y lo recalca con frecuencia; de ahí la importancia de la PLANIFICACIÓN del trabajo diario y sobre todo lo más difícil APLICAR PRIORIDADES, importantísimo. Felicidades al gestor de es interesantísimo BLOG
