En todo caso subiría así que tampoco se arriesga tanto haciendo este tipo de campañas de marketing. Por este motivo me parece una idea de marketing excelente ya si el comprador no queda satisfecho este tipo de compromiso transmite calidad, seguridad y sobre todo confianza. Estos ingredientes son todos necesarios para vender una vivienda.
¿Será cierto? o solo lo hará como promesa de buen producto y a los 3 años si te veo no me acuerdo?
