Estos son administrativos virtuales que hacen tareas habituales de un agente inmobiliario a través de internet. Normalmente se paga por horas o por trabajos completados y el objetivo es reducir los gastos operativos de una agencia inmobiliaria a través del outsourcing.
Estos virtual assistants pueden llevar a cabo una multitud de tareas y servicios como elaborar fichas de propiedades, introducir datos en la base de datos, redactar contratos, enviar emails y newsletters, etc.
Desconozco si en España existen este tipo de secretarias virtuales. Me imagino que dando con la formula adecuada y forma de trabajar que tenemos puede ser una opción interesante como vía de negocio. Si con este sistema de trabajo es posible reducir el trabajo y sobre todo los gastos de un agente inmobiliario, pienso que este modelo tendría bastante éxito.
