Juan Carlos de Almería me ha escrito un correo electrónico en contestación al siguiente artículo: 10 secretos para captar propiedades en exclusiva. Me dice que tal y como esta el mercado inmobiliario en España, “es prácticamente imposible captar una propiedad en exclusiva.”
Esto me hizo reflexionar. ¿No será que Juan Carlos ni siquiera se ha esforzado por intentarlo?
Mi experiencia trabajando hace unos años en una agencia inmobiliaria me demostró que la idea de captar una propiedad, para un comercial medio, es acudir a la propiedad, tomar los datos del propietario, sacar cuatro fotos y ya esta. ¿Acaso le darías una propiedad en exclusiva a alguien que hiciese eso con tu propiedad? ¡Yo desde luego no lo haría!
¿Alguno de ustedes tiene su técnica para captar propiedades en exclusiva? ¿Algún truco? Me encantaría saberlos y comentarlos en el blog.
