Un buen agente inmobiliario debe tener conocimientos de marketing
Hasta hace poco, se consideraba a un buen agente inmobiliario alguien que tuviese amplios conocimientos de derecho inmobiliario; que supiese tramitar una hipoteca, sacar la financiación adelante y llevar a cabo una gestión de compraventa a buen puerto. Con el boom inmobiliario, un buen agente se limitaba a tramitar operaciones de venta y financiación. Todo lo demás le venía rodado y ganaba mucho dinero desempeñando esa labor.
Hoy en día esto no es así. Para tener éxito ya no basta con ser bueno tramitando ventas. La gestión de una compraventa ha dejado de ser la actividad principal de una agencia inmobiliaria y se ha convertido en un proceso más para poder cobrar la comisión. El sector inmobiliario esta evolucionando y para ganar dinero en este sector es imprescindible tener conocimientos de marketing.
Cuando hablo de marketing me refiero a la imagen que tienen tus clientes de ti y de tu agencia. De cómo te vendes y te expresas para vender tus servicios y darte a conocer.
Que tal; he ingresado con mucho interes a esta página ya que estoy por iniciar funciones como agente inmobiliario y me interesa mucho saber y conocer lo necesario requerible para iniciar funciones; pudiera ser en forma de guia, manual o cualquier herramienta posible para mejorar mi nivel de comprensión y adquisición de conocimientos en cuanto a operaciones diversas de un agente inmobiliario.
