Curriculum de un agente inmobiliario

Repasando unos viejos papeles en la oficina encontré este currículo de cuando buscaba comerciales para la agencia inmobiliaria que tenía. He omitido los datos personales pero no he cambiado absolutamente nada (errores de ortografía Y MAYUSCULAS incluidos.)

La guarde porque me pareció interesante. Seguro que se reirán. 

Ahí va: 

COMENTARIO: 

TAL VEZ PEQUE EN SER EXCESIVAMENTE AMBICIOSO POR LO CUAL SOY MINUCIOSO CON LAS ENTREVISTAS, QUIERO DECIR, QUE ME ENCANTA PREPARARLAS HASTA EN EL MÁS MÍNIMO DETALLE CON EL FIRME PROPÓSITO DE LOGRAR UN EXIGO NÚMERO DE NOES. ME REFIERO CON ESTO A QUE, UN EXTRAORDINARIO, MODESTIA APARTE, COMERCIAL DE INMOBILIARIAS, (O EN EL TERRENO QUE SEA) PARA NADA DEBE LIMITARSE A EXPONER CUAL LORO BORRACHO.

“AQUÍ EL COMEDOR, LA COCINA, EL CUARTO DE BAÑO, TERRAZA”, ETC; Y QUÉ SÉ YO CUÁNTOS TÓPICOS MÁS; LOS CLIENTES, AUNQUE PARESCA MENTIRA, TIENEN OJOS EN LA CARA Y NO SON BOBOS, POR LO TANTO LO QUE QUIERO DECIR ES QUE TAMBIÉN LES GUSTA CONOCER OTROS PORMENORES QUE LES AYUDEN A DECIDIRSE SI ADQUIEREN O ALQUILAN LA PROPIEDAD SEA CUAL FUERA ÉSTA, CON LO CONTRARIO SIEMPRE NOS EXPONEMOS A QUE NOS DIGAN.

“YA ME LO PENSARÉ, ME GUSTA PERO… ES QUE ES DEMASIADO DINERO”. AL COMERCIAL PARA NADA LE SIGNIFICA UN GRAN ESFUERZO LLEGAR DIEZ MINUTOS ANTES PARA CONOCER MINIMAMENTE EL ENTORNO QUE RODEA A LA PROPIEDAD SEA CUAL FUERA ÉSTA REPITO, EL SABER POR EJEMPLO SI EXISTE EN LA ZONA UN AMBULATORIO, UNA PARADA DE GUAGUAS (autobús) O TAXIS, DISCOTECAS PARA JÓVENES O UN SALÓN SOCIO-CULTURAL-RECREATIVO DESTINADO A PERSONAS MAYORES ETCÉTERA; CUALQUIER COSA POR INSIGNIFICANTE QUE PUEDA PARECER PUEDE VALERNOS PARA CONSEGUIR NUESTROS OBJETIVOS Y SALVAR LAS OBJECIONES DE LOS CLIENTESEN POTENCIA.

Y ESTO SÓLO SE CONSIGUE HABLANDO Y SOBRE TODO SABIENDO ESCUCHAR A LAS PERSONAS EL QUE ES UN BUEN COMERCIAL LO ES EN CUALQUIER COSA QUE LE PONGAN POR DELANTE.

    Cierto. En diversos cursos sobre Inmobiliaria que he asistido, siempre ponían mucho énfasis en conocer muy bien el entorno antes de enseñar un inmueble, y en tratar de vender también el entorno.
    Y con respecto a lo de la cocina, la terraza, etc. esque es de risa, creo que puede dar sensación de distanciamiento con respecto a la persona que está visitando el inmueble. Probablemente piense en ese momento que efectivamente, la persona que tiene al lado es un simple agente inmobiliario, más que una persona que le quiera ayudar a encontrar casa.
