Me gustaría saber que ideas tienes acerca de como entrar a los constructores/promotores que en principio se niegan a compartir sus promociones con una inmobiliaria sobre todo si no la conocen.

Acerca de lo que me preguntas, realmente no hay un secreto que te pueda decir para que captes promociones de los constructores. Sobre todo si estos se niegan. Lo más importante y muchas veces lo más difícil es contactar con los promotores y que te atiendan. Si has conseguido eso, pues ya has conseguido mucho.
Hay varias formas de ponerte en contacto con ellos: la más fácil y la más común es llamando a puerta fría y que te reciban.
Sin embargo yo he probado las siguientes maneras con bastante éxito:
- Si conoces a alguien que trabaja en la promotora, que te consiga una visita con el gerente.
- Pregunta al director de tu sucursal bancaria si tiene algún cliente promotor que te pueda presentar.
- Si conoces a alguien (amigo o familiar) que te pueda conseguir una cita.
Ya se que son todas muy básicas pero oye, me funcionaban.
Una vez conseguido esto, tienes que demostrarle al promotor porque debe elegirte para que le lleves las ventas. Piensa un poco… ¿Qué puedes ofrecer que nadie más ofrece? ¿Quizás te comprometes a contratar las infografías en 3d si te da la promoción en exclusiva? También le puedes presentar un estudio o informe de la previsión de ventas y lo que ganaría el en tiempo y comodidad si te da la exclusiva de la promoción. Es aquí donde puedes esmerarte y aplicar todo lo que llevo escribiendo en este blog.
