La unión hace la fuerza.
He recibido un artículo de Luis Moral, director de expansión de eÑe Inmobiliaria. Aunque a simple vista puede parecer una franquicia más, su modelo de negocio me parece adecuado y con muchas posibilidades de éxito.
Aviso: No estoy recomendando a esta empresa ya que carezco de datos suficientes para valorarla. Me gusta su modelo de negocio y pienso que con una buena gestión puede tener mucho éxito.

Hace tiempo que todos estamos temblando, pensando en el mañana, y si seré yo el próximo cierre inmobiliario.
Es cierto que el mercado esta cambiando, es cierto que van a cerrar bastantes oficinas, incluso es cierto que en el próximo trimestre se cambiara la ley de las agencias inmobiliarias.
Pero, es el momento de preguntarse ¿Qué puedo hacer yo para cambiar esto?
Lo más habitual es esconder la cabeza esperando a que pase el temporal, a continuación llega la fase de negación (-a mi no me va a pasar-) y por ultimo la fase de resignación (- no voy a ser el único-).
Hace un tiempo, nosotros nos encontramos en esta tesitura, y decidimos coger el toro por los cuernos.
Primera medida: Un mismo nombre
Segunda medida: Una misma base de datos
Tercera medida: Una misma forma de trabajo (Adaptada a cada zona)
Cuarta medida: Ser selectos con los asociados a la marca (un mínimo de experiencia)
Quinta medida: Profesionalizar al máximo los servicios.
- Los resultados no se hicieron esperar, las entidades bancarias nos abrieron las puertas de par en par, y se volvieron más flexibles.
- Las publicaciones inmobiliarias nos dan cobertura tanto en precio, como en espacio.
- Las compras para nuestros asociados se reducen en precio.
- La formación se vuelve constante y fluida tanto para los comerciales como para los gerentes.
Es decir tener en nuestras manos todo lo que normalmente ofrece una franquicia, pero sin canon y royalties desorbitados.
Ya somos 7 las oficinas adheridas y 3 más en este mes.
La fuerza esta en la unión.

Llevo tiempo meditando la idea de algo parecido.

So, my experience with shipping company was OK, they told me, that they could transport automobile, cars, RV, motorcycles and many more, even pallets or household goods. But other companies didn’t cover destination in Europe, which I needed. I finally stayed home, so there were no need to move anyway. Cheers.
