Le eterna pregunta dentro del mundo inmobiliario. Quizás es uno de los puntos donde existe mayor discrepancia dentro del sector. ¿Compartir la cartera de propiedades con otras agencias y dividirse la comisión; o captarlas y venderlas uno mismo para quedarse con todas las ganancias?
Si nos guiamos por el sector inmobiliario más desarrollado del mundo (EEUU), sin lugar a dudas, el camino a seguir es el de compartir toda la cartera de propiedades con todo el mundo. Esto tiene sus complejidades e implementar este sistema en España, a día de hoy, es prácticamente imposible.
Yo me posiciono como un fiel defensor de la idea de compartir todas las propiedades con otras agencias inmobiliarias. En futuras entradas, explicaré mi punto de vista y las ventajas que genera para las agencias inmobiliarias.
