Un amigo que tiene una inmobiliaria me ha comentado que recibe un altísimo número de solicitudes de información cada mes. Esta preocupado porque esas solicitudes no de compra de vivienda no se traducen en visitas y ventas posteriores.
Le comenté que quizá se esta centrando demasiado en obtener nuevos clientes y pasa por alto que para que todos esos clientes compren tiene que crear una conversación. Un conversación permanente entre las dos partes para establecer confianza.
Muchas veces los agentes inmobiliarios pasan por alto esta etapa de la venta. No es suficiente saber que alguien busca adosado, 3 dormitorios, jardín, 2 garajes, zona residencial. Hay que iniciar una conversación y comprender lo que el cliente quiere.
